Referral Postcard


This post card project was part of a database marketing campaign for the top producing real estate firm in Charlotte, NC, formerly known as The Lars Group Real Estate Advisors. Clients received this post card when they signed a contract, when their home closed, and twice following their closing. By asking clients for referrals at four different times during the home selling/buying process, we were able to grow the database and increase lead generation through referrals, as well as donate a significant amount to local organizations alleviating child homelessness.
